Software Faults

Then this could be a bug in the software, we can re-flash with the latest available version of the manufacturers software

Please back up any important information stored on your phone before allowing us to do this procedure as all the memories will be cleared.
Jas Communcations cannot be held responsible for any data lost while the phone is being serviced by us.
Everything that is not associated with the phone in its factory state ie contacts, messages, pictures, videos, music etc will be lost when doing this process.
In most cases we can back up data and then restore it to the handset as an extra service add £8.00 to the price of the service, we must be told to do this when booking the phone in.

Water Damage
Prices for liquid damage start from £10 but may become higher due to time involved or parts that may need replacing.

LIQUID DAMAGED PHONE DISCLAIMER PLEASE READ
There is NO WARRANTY on liguid damage repairs due to the nature of the repair.
The price quoted will depend on whether there is physical damage to the phone, as with some cases of liquid damage,parts need to be replaced like lcd, speaker, ribbon and microphones.
There is a minimum cost of £10 if we cannot repair a liquid damaged phone due to the amount of time involved trying to repair each liquid damaged phone, we will only charge you the initial quote price if the phone is fully working when it leaves the us.
Some liguid damaged phones appear to be working but may fail after cleaning, this is due to corrosion within the micro chips shorting together allowing and electrical current to run.
This allows the phone to switch on, however it can sometimes be a short circuit, and when the engineer cleans and flushes the phone it removes the short circuit and may result in the phone no longer powering up, this is one of the most common problems that can occur when repairing water damaged phones.
Sometimes just attempting to repair the phone CAN TERMINATE IT, which is due to internal corrosion and not a procedural fault.
Mobile phone manufactureres WILL NOT touch a liquid damaged phone because of the failure rates in repair.
Please do not blame Jas Communications if your water damaged phone fails during repair, we cannot be held responsible for what happens when we take apart a water damaged phone.
Jas Communications cannot be held responsible for any hardware or software failures undertaken on any mobile during a non warranty repair,
as we cannot know what has happened to a phone before it comes into our service centre, for example physical damage, unknown liquid damage or unknown software issues etc...
